I am a lover of plus size fashion and taking risks with fashion! Fashion for full figured women has definitely evolved with the use of social media. Breaking the fashion barrier with colors, prints and designs is major FUN!

I am a certified spinning instructor and spinning gives me LIFE! I experienced with spin class on and off for a few years before making a commitment to it, since 2014. Feel free to attend any fundraiser or introductory spin classes I may offer.

I vacation..a lot..SOLO! Yes, taking vacations are very important and apart of my self-care. Many women have expressed wanting to travel, however, they are fearful of doing it alone. My first solo trip was in 2015 and I’ve been taking them ever since!
Dr. Lenese Stephens
Dr. Stephens is a native of Alexandria, Virginia attending the well known TC Williams High School (class of 97!) All of my honorary degrees were received from George Mason University and Argosy University with my research focusing on the quality of life for overweight women. Outside of my identified research, I am a woman who believes in having a spiritual foundation along with assisting people reach their highest and fullest desires of their heart. I am a voice for the voiceless and a cheerleader for those needing the encouragement! My spiritual faith is an important factor that adds to the overall quality of my life, along with exercise and enjoying time with friends and family…oh and shopping (*smiling*)!
